St. Francis is a great place to live and raise a family. We are a small closely-knit community with tree-lined streets connected with sidewalks. St. Francis has a diversity of housing from starter houses up to luxury condominiums. We have a fine neighborhood school system. St. Francis is conveniently located within the Milwaukee Metropolitan Area. We are less than 10 minutes from Mitchell International airport, and downtown Milwaukee with its many attractions. We lie along Lake Michigan and have 2 county parks and a local park within our boundaries. The Seminary Woods conservancy area features old growth trees and walking trails. Our soon to be Lakeside Market Square will be filled with unique shops, restaurants and feature a fantastic Market store. St Francis has many community service organizations. Our park's band shell is used throughout the summer for Wednesday evening concerts sponsored by the St. Francis Arts council, and our St. Francis Days festival on Labor Day weekend. The 4th of July Committee puts on an all day event with bands and great fireworks. Our St. Francis Lion's club runs the Lion's Community center, which is available for weddings and special events. The Miss St. Francis Pageant is ranked in the top 10 in the US in scholarships awarded. Our National Nite Out event sponsored by our police department is rated 4th in the nation. Various school organizations such as the Booster club, Touchdown club, and PTO's assist in supporting after school activities. We have an active St. Francis Association of Commerce that raises funds for scholarships. Our municipal government features first-rate services, has no debt, a capital asset replacement fund, and a rainy day fund for emergencies. Small but with a great heart St. Francis is a great secret to be discovered.

St. Francis where your heart remains.
